Vintage Handmade? Children's Dark Green 18 Piece Tea

This is an old vintage 18 piece children's tea set. All pieces are shown. I believe it to be handmade. If you look closely you will see tiny imperfections like pot marks in some of the glazing as well as some green color that bleeds into the white around rims, etc. There are no maker's marks or country of origin. There are no cracks or chips observed in any of the pieces except for one of the tea cups. It looks to be a cracked portion that was re-glued . It's a very clean repair. The trim appears to be gold. There are beautiful women's photo's on most pieces. If you have any questions, please ask. And if you know anything about it, please let me know...I'm stumped to who the maker is.
